For years, Benelli’s Ethos semi-auto shotguns have presented the perfect blend of fine Italian craftsmanship and leading-edge firearm technology. For 2025, the technology quotient takes a giant leap forward with the introduction of Benelli’s Advanced Impact (A.I.) engineering in this exquisite upland hunting favorite.

Benelli Advanced Impact Technology Now In Ethos Upland 12 , 20 Gauge

The new Ethos Upland A.I. holds to its classical form with an elegant AA-grade satin walnut stock and forend joining a stylish brushed gray receiver that is fronted by a 28-inch ported gloss black barrel featuring Benelli’s tough BE.S.T. finish.

It is inside the barrel, though, where the magic happens.

The new A.I. barrel technology employs a unique bore contour that, combined with the equally new A.I. CRIO choke tubes, delivers up to 50% greater on-target penetration when compared to standard shotgun barrels. Using typical shotshell loads, the A.I. system produces higher velocities and downrange energy than the same load in a conventional shotgun barrel. This means pellets hit harder and go deeper into the target, and the A.I. CRIO® choke design ensures a denser and more uniform payload. In short, the Ethos Upland A.I. is a refined, high-performance hammer upland hunters need for those early-breaking birds.

The Ethos Upland A.I. is available in both 12- and 20-gauge 3-inch chambers and offers 4+1 capacity. Adjustable for drop and cast for a custom fit, the shotgun features Benelli’s Progressive Comfort recoil-reduction system for comfortable, all-day shooting when the action is hot. Also included are extended nickel A.I. choke tubes in C, IC, M, IM, and F plus an enlarged bolt handle and bolt release for no-fumble operation even when wearing gloves. MSRP: $3,099.
