Dead Air Silencers and Ruger have partnered to introduce the RXD Series, a new family of titanium suppressors developed jointly to pair with Ruger firearm platforms. Rather than reworking existing models, the RXD line was designed from the ground up, combining Dead Air’s suppressor engineering with Ruger’s emphasis on durable, production-ready systems.
The initial release includes two models—the RXD22Ti and RXD30Ti—covering rimfire and small-caliber applications on one end and modern .30-caliber precision rifles on the other. Both are positioned as lightweight, hard-use suppressors intended for regular range and field use.

The RXD22Ti is aimed at rimfire and small-caliber centerfire shooters, with compatibility spanning .22 LR, .22 WSM, .17 HMR, 4.6mm, and 5.7x28mm. It uses Dead Air’s Triskelion™ single-piece mono-core, produced via additive manufacturing and finished with a PVD coating. According to the manufacturer, this internal geometry is designed to balance sound suppression, strength, and ease of cleaning, while an integrated Gas Management System is intended to reduce backpressure and ejection-port noise.
A new XRF rimfire muzzle brake is included, featuring a tapered interface available in common thread patterns such as ½-28 and M10x1. Dead Air states the brake also captures lead before it enters the suppressor core, simplifying maintenance. The RXD22Ti has no barrel length restrictions, carries an 850 ft/lbs muzzle energy rating, and is full-auto rated in .22 LR in accordance with ATF regulations. MSRP is listed at $499.
The RXD30Ti is designed for hunters and long-range shooters using modern .30-caliber cartridges. It combines Dead Air’s Triskelion™ and Nomad™ baffle technologies and incorporates an integrated E-Brake, which the company says can reduce felt recoil by up to 40 percent compared to a bare muzzle. The RXD front cap is intended to mitigate muzzle flash, while a Direct Thread Brake Mount is designed to reduce blast baffle erosion.
Mounting compatibility follows the HUB standard (.1375-24 TPI), allowing the RXD30Ti to accept a variety of direct-thread and quick-detach mounting solutions. Caliber ratings include 6.5 Creedmoor, .308 Win, and cartridges up to .300 PRC, with barrel length restrictions depending on cartridge class. MSRP for the RXD30Ti is $1,099.
With the RXD Series, Dead Air and Ruger are positioning these suppressors as purpose-built options rather than modular adaptations, offering shooters a lightweight titanium alternative tailored to specific use cases across rimfire, hunting, and precision rifle disciplines.
