Stealth Cam, the leader in cellular trail camera technology for over two decades, recently unveiled an updated trail camera app designed for a simpler, more intuitive user experience.

The legendary Command Pro app for Stealth Cam and Muddy-branded cameras is now the Command* app, delivering the same features users rely on through the same platform, but with a more streamlined name, less clutter, fewer unnecessary notifications, and a more focused experience. Why? To ensure hunters and land managers get more of what actually matters, in real-time, all season long.

Including access to On Demand functionality, which allows users to remotely trigger photos or stream up to 15 minutes of Live View video directly from the field; seamless integration with HuntStand and DeerCast app accounts, enabling simplified management of trail camera photos and cameras, and viewing of camera locations right in one place; and access to powerful satellite mapping layers, including nationwide public, private, and other hunting lands.

The upgrade also coincides with the launch of Stealth Cam’s new 3.0 series of cellular trail cameras, which include a variety of performance upgrades designed to boost both confidence and efficiency through onboard camera AI capabilities** and new charging compatibility. Every camera in the lineup, including the Deceptor™ MAX 3.0, Revolver PRO™ 3.0, and Spectre 4K Pro, is now enabled with:

  • False image detection, a breakthrough onboard system that automatically filters out irrelevant motion events before images are sent to Command app users, ensuring the only photos sent are the ones that matter.
  • Rack Alert, a tool that shares instant notifications anytime a buck enters the frame. When enabled via the Command app, the camera automatically takes three images of the buck with each trigger and reverts to a 5-second PIR delay and instant upload setting. Only the single best photo of the triggered event is saved, while the other two photos are discarded. Users then receive a “Rack Alert” notification indicating a buck is actively moving through their trail camera location.
  • PIR zone selection, which, through the Command app, lets users define exactly how and where motion should trigger a capture in the camera frame, reducing unnecessary transmissions.

These core Stealth Cam trail camera models, along with the upgraded Fusion™ MAX 3.0, also benefit from an all-new built-in charging compatibility that allows cameras to recharge from solar setups when paired with updated “black-edition” lithium rechargeable battery packs.

All cameras feature Stealth Cam’s two-year limited warranty. For details, click here.
